Redwing Blackbirds for the Grand Rapids Bike Polo at Highland Park! RWBs are the perfect bird for bike polo in so many ways. Striking, LOUD, territorial but really only if they feel threatened or pushed into it.

Considering how hard GRBP had to fight for their home at Highland and how well they steward and protect it, I couldn’t think of a better bird for this mural.
